Here at Rockwell Crossfit we are focused on the big picture of your health. We hope your time in the gym becomes the first domino that encourages positive health choices in the rest of your life. We use the Crossfit method to achieve fitness with heavy focus on correct biomechanics and safety. Our bodies are not just machines used to burn calories, here you will learn how to consciously move to become stronger and healthier.

The Rockwell facility offers an original training program for competitive crossfit athletes. Our competitors program focuses on building our athlete’s skill set and mitigating injury to drive high performance over a long period of time. Many athletes lose the comradery and coaching that crossfit offers when they begin to train competitvely. Here at Rockwell we offer multiple coached classes a day, just for competitors. Because our program is coached, it can be modified to any skill level both beginner and advanced, while still enjoying a group training atmosphere. The only pre-requisite for this course is a solid fitness foundation, mastery of general crossfit movements, and commitment.

Rockwell Recruits is a CrossFit Kids program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills (cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance).

We give the kids the opportunity to change themselves by pairing fitness and fun in a supportive environment.  We will push the kids’ boundaries to make them try things they don’t think they can do.  We will teach them to succeed and to fail with grace.

Olympic weightlifting is a extremely technical sport that includes two lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk.

Our Olympic weightlifting class is focused on breaking down technique to improve your skills while increasing your strength in the snatch and clean & jerk.
This class is for anyone interested in improving their Olympic lifts from beginner to advanced lifters.

Come try our high intensity interval class with Crossfit Games Champion, Mandi Janowitz. Power Hour consists of running, biking, rowing, bodyweight movements, and light weight lifting. It is designed to accommodate anyone at any skill level.

Nervous about coming to class? We totally understand, trying new things can seem intimidating or even dangerous at first. That is why we offer three, one hour personal training sessions for beginners. In each session our trainer will teach you the fundamental movements we use here at Rockwell Crossfit. After your three sessions you’ll be ready to join our classes with confidence.

We offer kids care at our 9am and 10am classes Monday-Friday as well as our 9:30am class on Saturday. A licensed child care individual will be present each hour overseeing the kids care. Besides during our Crossfit Kids class children are not allowed at the gym any other time outside of these designated hours. This is for the safety of your children and our members.
